The HR team reached out to schedule a phone screen with me, and simultaneously scheduled a 1:1 with the hiring manager. I was also asked if I would be interested to be considered for another position they had open that fit my background and I said yes. After the initial phone screen and 1:1 for the first position I was ghosted and never heard back from them again, despite following up. My 1:1 for the second position was never scheduled, though they had already asked for my availability, and I was never informed that I was no longer under consideration for either role. I find this culture of ghosting to be very disrespectful, and I hope CARGO will work harder to avoid this in the future
