The interviewer seemed distracted right off the bat and was looking at other notifications on her screen. She made me feel like I was less of a priority which was a waste of my time. My time is valuable as well and I didn’t appreciate her lack of attentiveness. I asked her what the compensation was for this position and she said “umm we don’t really share that information, we ask you what you think is best” I thought that was a really ridiculous response during an interview. A waste of my time and I’m frustrated I applied in the first place. Not to mention, the recruiter never even sent me an email notifying me I didn’t get the position. An email would have been nice.

I was invited to the first phone interview. Following a successful (and very positive) 1st interview, I was then invited to the second phone interview with a senior recruiter the following day. The recruiter failed to make the call, and texted me 10 minutes after our scheduled time asking for my availability for a reschedule. After informing him of my availability, there were no efforts made to reschedule. After several failed follow-up efforts, I finally received an email saying they found someone else. Overall it was a pretty unprofessional process.
