There are not so much interview reviews for Paris office. Therefore I thought to write a review. A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and I accepted his invitation. I have requested what type of interview is this going to be but I did not receive any response. Usually, in companies the process will be: HR interview, then Live coding/project and then 1:1 technical interview and finally cultural fit interviews. I started processing only a few weeks ago to apply for job. Therefore I thought that it would be a screening interview. It was different in CAST. I only got to know the steps after attended the interview. Steps: 1. Technical interview for 1 hour 2. A take home project (deadline would be 1 week) 3. Cultural fit/ other discussion I did not perform well in the technical interview but the interviewer was helpful and provided instant feedback which is good.
