It was a group interview. There were 3 people, one from HR, the guy that I were supposed to be my supervisor, and another man who were the oldest. I started the interview by introducing myself and it followed by asking questions about my material science background. The oldest guy asked most of the questions. There were no routine questions like what is your weakness, failure, etc.
