Entretien
long and boring and a waste of my time. I do not care to discuss sports. Especially football and baseball. Simple questions regarding my work and experience. The interview process lasted 20 minutes
Normal interview, not too tough. Seemed like good people but did not work for where I was in life right now. Nothing bad to say, all round good experience. Typing the rest to meet the thirty word minimum.

Entretien
- Got invited to the CDI facility in Markham,ON by their HR for a face to face interview.
- When I arrived for interview, I was assigned a laptop with a VS2012 and SQL Server installed and asked to develop an application using Winform to read the employee records from the database and show them in the DataGridView. Also I was expected to show the number of shift employees had on weekly basis. The time allotted was 3 hours.
- Completed the application in the stipulated time and underwent application and code review with 2 member of the engineering team (SCRUM Master and a software developer).
