My interview was before Covid, but we did the first interview on a call with about 4 people from the firm. The first interview was more about background, experience and fit for the position(I guess the resume was not good enough). The second interview was in a conference room with the Technical Manager, the People manager, and the brass. This interview is more involved and covers what you know technically and you really have to sell yourself here.
