Screening with the recruiter, manager interview, and then a panel with team members. Even though I was not chosen for the position, I was happy with how I was treated during the process. I was never left wondering where the process was, the recruiter made sure to call me frequently to make me aware and I respect that level of communication they had with me as a candidate!
