Entretien
The hiring started by e-mail, followed by an interview and the response.
The interview was relevant, without those classical questions and straight to the point. They tried to assert how I was working under pressure and collaborating within the group. They where very sincere and asked me to be as well. There were a lot of relevant technical questions, the kind that you had to discuss deeply to answer. Also there was a small test that you could take home and answer by phone (as soon as possible).
After the interview, they took 1 week to answer me by phone with a proposition, and after my response, they took another week to say the final veredict.

Question 1
The test they gave wah pretty tricky, that required a lot of logical thinking and technical knowledge to answer. It was a small code with lots of preprocessor keywords that didn't compile, but you had to tell what would be the outcome of the compilation (what it was trying to achiev).
