My interview was two phone interviews, one with a HR specialist out of Atlanta, then with my 2 future managers. Typically the second interview is on site, but due to prior obligations I wasn't able to do this. The interview was mostly behavioral, and was just a conversation about past work experience and campus involvement. Overall it was a very easy going and enjoyable process, which reflected the culture at CHA very well.

Entretien
Very relaxed. Simple vague questions. Very nice interviewer. It was also online so that eased the nerves a little. It lasted around 20 to 30 minutes. Very good interview overall.
Questions on teamwork, leadership , courses, interests, future plans, and software. Little bit on the technical side, about the things on you resume and skills. Questions on location prefernce as well.
The interview process was very straightforward and simplistic. I was asked about previous experiences, course work, and expectations for the position. There was only one round of interviews and I was offered the position shortly after.
