One of the most poorly coordinated interview processes I’ve ever experienced. 1 round became 4 rounds, and HR ghosted me at the end after I sank 4 hours into the process. Just send a rejection message if you’re not proceeding, it’s not rocket science.

Tell me how you used data to solve a business problem.
Met initially with HR, followed by discussions with the Head of Department focusing on experience and role fit, before a final conversation covering expectations, team fit, and compensation package discussions.
After submitting my application, I received a response within a few hours inviting me for a screening call. However, the call felt quite unprofessional and informal. Despite this, they quickly arranged an in-person interview for the following day, indicating a rather rushed and disorganised process.
