The interview process was well-organized and professional, featuring clear communication from the start. The interviewer gave a detailed and friendly induction about the department and hospital, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They were very open when answering my questions, and thoughtful inquiries, along with prompt feedback, left a positive impression overall.

Interview was pretty straightforward, focused on family-centred care, managing difficult patients and overall different scenarios rather than technical questions. There were some questions about the CNO that I didn't expect but otherwise reasonable.
