There was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then we met in the conference room with 2 managers. They both asked questions. They reviewed my resume and discussed my previous experience. They also quizzed me about my knowledge of the work I was to be doing.

Entretien
My initial communication was with the gal from the HR Department via phone. She was friendly and courteous. Later our contact was via email with her sending my interview date/time and a job application. I did appreciate that the application could be completed online and then emailed to her. I was interviewed by two department heads. The position was explained and also what problems I may encounter regarding the account I would be handling, if offered the position. I was asked the typical interview questions (How would you handle this situation, etc...) All in all, I feel that the interview went well and would recommend fellow job seekers to apply. I also found the employees whom I encountered while in the reception area to be friendly. They all seemed to have a smile on their faces! Possibly a good sign...?
