First I met with a panel of employees to joke around and hang out basically. Gauging my personality I assume, then I moved on to the real interview which was with my manager, an HR representative, and another manager on a skype call. They were very friendly and asked non-technical questions.

They will start with Telephonic Round followed with Face 2 Face technical round. once you get selected in technical round will have to go through a US round. These all are done in office premisses only

I was interviewed for C ++ developer position.There were 4 rounds of interview.first one was telephonic interview in which they asked basic oops concepts and c++ questions, then will call for F2F technical round in which they will ask c++ questions and some basic programs.Then I think managerial and he round.
