They contacted me and invited me for interview. On the interview they asked about my experienced and skills.
After several days the give an offering and I accepted it.
Communicated with the recruiter via email for a few weeks. Coordinated time for interview with the Hiring Manager. Met with the Hiring Manager. Typical interview. Explained role and needs. Time to ask questions that I had.

From the last few positions, which was your favorite. Hindsight Tip: Choose the one that more closely aligns to the role, responsibilities and needs of the organization. If they are in a transition mode and building and this role will be leading a project... align response accordingly.

Entretien
Group interview. One individual in particular was aggressive, finishing my thoughts for me. Not good. After two phone screens, no discussion regarding salary range, should have been a red flag.
