Standard interview with the recruiter, it was mostly behavioral. I then had to speak with a hiring manager. Then went on to next steps of onboarding. Overall, it was a simple process and efficient.

I was contacted by a CityMD's recruiter towards the beginning of November and scheduled a phone interview, I was told I would hear back within a few weeks however, I did not hear anything until the beginning February. The hiring manager contacted me and set up an interview, the interview was very smooth and relaxing but I also prepared for it. I was offered the position the next day by HR.
The team was very fast to coordinate my interviews. They were professional and asked a lot of great questions, to make sure I was the right candidate for the role and company. They won't just hire you to fill the role, they hire you for your passion to help people

Entretien
I arrived about 15 minuets early and told the front desk my name and that I was here to see the manager. After a while the manager called me into one of the exam rooms and we had a quick back and forth. After she told me that I would be hearing back from them within a week. I got a call a few hours later saying I got the job.
