Phone and In Person Interview. It was done after a few days of application. After that I received a phone call and then was asked to go to a site visit. Interviewed on site and it was less than desirable. Company CEO is very humble but not in touch of what is going on with employees.

The interview was done by Skype and I was asked about my credentials etc. I don't think the job description was accurate in regards to what was requested and required.
