Well I was called in by a man named Michael, he said they had positions open and that if was interested we could set up an interview, I have to admit I automatically excited, To work for a wonderful company that stands for everything I believe in, I couldn't believe it. When i went in for my interview, there was a very nice reception lady, that welcomed me, I knew then that I didn't have to be nervous. Michael came out and greeted me with a very kind smile and hand shake, he showed me his office and we sat down and started to talk business and he really went into detail what the company was about, and kind of how they operated. After we talked awhile he asked me a few questions and then explained that if they were interested they would give me a call. It was only a few days and then I got a call, Michael said they were wondering if I was interested in a position with CLO. I said yes, he asked if i could come in the next day to sign some paperwork, I did. He welcomed me to CLO. I left that place with a huge smile.

Asked simple questions from HR about why you want to work here and different tasks you would be comfortable with doing. Watched a couple short videos and filled out a worksheet. Had to practice teaching an ADL skill.
