Real Pathetic way of hiring. Initially the position was opened for Chicago, had the call with the hiring manager. I specifically said i needed the position outside of india as i had counter offers from firms outside of india. A written test was given online, then there is no reply from them on the result. First Red Flag, they said they wanted a inperson panel interview from the bangalore office and the flights could be taken care of, then they screwed up by not booking the flight on time which i had to reschedule the interview. Finally the interview happened the next date, few weeks later i was told that i was selected and they will proceed with the visa sponsership but few days they come back and say that they cant sponser visa and i have to work at bangalore. Real Shady and not understanding what the candidate even needs. Promise one thing and give something at the end seems to be culture at CME. Could not recommend.

Good interview. Fair questions that were in line with job description and capabilities. Technical and soft skills were both tested. Based around securing critical infrastructure and applications within a financial services environment.
