Contacted by internal recruiter via email, phone interview scheduled for two weeks later. The interviewer called late with a very hard stop time, which made the whole conversation feel rushed. By the end I got the feeling that the job was probably being filled by an internal candidate and the whole process was to collect throwaway candidates. I would not consider interviewing with this company again.

Question 1
Random systems questions. It did not seem like they were interested as much overall understanding or process here as they were with playing Jeopardy systems addition. For example, a hypothetical problem was described but any remedy that was not precisely worded was not acceptable. During another question I was asked to basically rattle off as many tools as I could think of that could be used in diagnostics of a hypothetical problem.

Entretien
Involves technical phone interview followed by a written test and then a personal interview with managers. Written test will require that candidate answers scenario based questions in detail and with clear examples.
