Great interview process. Met with multiple stakeholders over 4 interviews. Each stage had a clear and professional brief, and I was afforded plenty of time with executive team. CMS used a combination of experience, skill, character based assesments and openly shared feedback verbally and in writing. Questions asked were searching, thought provoking and the team were engaged and clearly listening activily. Super process.
