Interview was mostly the interview person telling me about the company and what the job was about. Never gave me a chance to talk about myself and the questions that were asked didn't seem relevant. The interviewer seem iIl prepared for the interview. Worst of all they had me drive two hours for an interview that could have been easily done over the phone or through Skype. The job would be located in my area, but the office was in a different city. The company couldn't even give me the courtesy of sending me an email or a call to tell me they were moving on with a different candidate.

Quick call with basic questions from a human resources employee who schedules a 2nd interview through Microsoft Teams with the managers. The process was not difficult and was very expedited.
