Entretien
The interview was conducted in the CNN center at the adjacent to the OMNI hotel. I was given a quick overview of the position and then was given a quiz to test my electrical engineering knowledge. After I met with the VP of OP engineering and we went over the quiz. Then I met with another senior engineer who gave me a tour of the facility and showed me where I would be working if I accepted the position. We then ate lunch and the interview process was over.

1) have an insider forward your resume to HR and get an official "referral code"
2) phone interview - simple and straightforward
3) HR interview and written test - very easy basic engineering questions and personal background
4) Real interview(s) - Member(s) of upper management in a very traditional behavioral interview
