Nothing special, firstly HR talks with you to explain about the position and they ask some general questions about your career. Next, a manager will interview you, a more technical conversation. The worst thing is the manager interviewed me more than 2 months ago and the process is not over yet. Cofco should be more aware and make up their mind more quickly
