It was an efficient and well-organized interview process. The HR and recruitment teams were supportive, responsive, and communicative throughout each stage. Everyone I interviewed with was friendly, welcoming, and open to answering my questions about the role. The overall experience made it an easy decision to accept my offer.

Entretien
The interview process was done via video. Both interviewers were easy to talk to and were very descriptive of the expectations and what Cope Health Solutions did on an everyday basis.

Entretien
Interview process was pretty standard, lasting around a week total. Had initial interview with Program Director, followed by a Case Study session and final interview with Regional Manager. Each "portion" was held virtually. Case Study included responding to several scenario-based questions with resources provided by the organization.
