You will first be required to take an assessment test that will help determine if you fit for the position, personality wise. If they deem you a good fit, they will email you and ask for an interview. My first interview was great, I met with the DGM and TSM to talk a bit about the company and the position, then they will ask you a few general sales questions about how you handle difficult customers and sales tactics. After that, I went through about 5 more interviews over a 6 month period. I talked to everyone from the current rental consultants, to the retail sales team, to the sales training manager.

Entire process was quick and easy. No hard questions, it was all basic "tell me about yourself", etc. Received an offer almost immediately and the second round interview felt more of a formality, than an actual interview.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez CORT (Hayward, CA) en janv. 2011

Interview was pretty simple, I was moved from the Admin Office to the Rental Showroom.
Worked with Cort two years prior to entering the showroom.
After taking the personality test and comparing the test to the one I originally took for Admin; I showed confidence and ready to move up in the company.
