assessment center: ~five persons in the morning take challanges,
-first unpack and tag garments as described on the pictures (they want to see how you work in a team so doing it right is not the first priority)
-you have to pick two outfits for a couple to a certain occasion and present them
-group discussion about one topic (for example direct an indirect marketing)
-short talk with the management how you did and about your and their expectations
the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
