Had first interview with two recruiters at COS and second interview with department managers. First interview was good, was asked about how would I describe the brand, what did I like about the brand, how could I bring value. Second interview was mostly example based questions 'Give an example when' also questions that did not seem relevant to the level/role. Did not get the job and discovered the position was filled internally.
