Phone then in-person with the local agency manager, then a Skype interview at the local agency's office with the head HR in Las Vegas. After that there was a lot of paperwork, and the job start is contingent on me passing my licencing exams

Online application, followed by a call, and then in-person interview for the position. Long, arduous process. Lots of talk about culture and earning potential. After it was narrowed down to 2 applicants, I was offered the role formally with my wife also at the meeting.
