Met with the manager in Ogden office. The office looks like an open concept, all cubicles. She asked scenario type questions when did you do this or that and wanted specific examples.

Telephone interview. The interviewer was working from a list of questions. It became obvious in the process of the interview that the interviewer was looking for a very particular skill set and personality profile.If you answer ONE question in a way not on the prepared list, you will not go any further in the interview process.
