The interview process was great started with an introduction of the company and telling us the responsibilities seeking from a candidate. But unfortunately they need someone who can work 24x7 without any break , who doesn't care about family or anything

I applied online and got a screening call a few days later. We scheduled a Microsoft Teams interview for the next week. Basic scripted questions. One interviewer was very uninterested in the interview as they were working during the interview. They said I would have a decision made by end of week. I didn't hear anything so I emailed for an update and then noticed a change in the status of my application as "No longer under consideration." Still no email. If I wouldn't have checked I still wouldn't know I got rejected. Very unprofessional.
