The interview was conducted on the phone and the questions asked were more of behavioral and personality questions. They told me of all the major challenges associated with the job especially the schedule and the fact that relocation is a must. You will begin your career in a remote location and then gradually you will be promoted to the city.

I applied online and got a screening call a few days later. We scheduled a Microsoft Teams interview for the next week. Basic scripted questions. One interviewer was very uninterested in the interview as they were working during the interview. They said I would have a decision made by end of week. I didn't hear anything so I emailed for an update and then noticed a change in the status of my application as "No longer under consideration." Still no email. If I wouldn't have checked I still wouldn't know I got rejected. Very unprofessional.
