First there was a call with a recruiter, then a call with someone in the job I was applying for, and then the final interview was with the CEO. There was a lot of communication with the recruiters in between and everyone was very helpful in being available to talk.

If you had a 3 gallon bucket and a 5 gallon bucket, how do you get 4 gallons?
3 interviews: one with recruiter, one with consultant and one with management. Very straightforward. I've heard it said they just want to make sure you have a good head on your shoulders.
