I was recruited by a leader of the company via LinkedIn. They asked if I was interested in hearing their potential job opportunity. Arranged a face to face meeting and included an organized agenda on who I was meeting for the interview. Multiple people interviewing. They ask scenario type questions. Overall interview last about 2 hours. 2 interviews before the job offer.

The interview was almost 2 hours. I met with multiple people seperately and questions were repeated multiple times. The second interview was close to 3 hours. Everyone was nice and the interview was more of a conversation than an interrogation, which was nice. It took weeks to receive an offer.
