Professional yet laid back. Unaware that there would be so many people present. No one called to let me know if the results. I found out on Facebook that someone else got the job. This was the unprofessional and disrespectful part of the process. It was very disappointing to know how little compassion the company has. Especially when the organization works with developmentally disabled clients.
