First stage w/ recruitment - basic phone screen. Second stage w/ hiring manager - general chat on background and alignment on strategy and approach to role. Third round panel presentation - presentation on scenario to management group.

Call with the recruiter followed by a positive and friendly interview with 2 sales leaders for a senior role. This was over a month ago now and I’ve not heard back at all. Very discourteous experience from a company that seemed to be a mature organisation
