First a phone interview I passed fairly easily, then a in-person lab tour interview where I got to meet and see people around the lab. The lab looked really cool and, in general, the people seemed really nice and fun to work with. As part of meeting everyone I essentially interviewed with everyone in the company, which went well until I reached the ceo Rick. Rick seemed like a generally nice guy, but I think I may have botched the interview because he seemed mad at me for most of it. Additionally, I was under-qualified for the position as they were looking for Juniors or above but I was a Sophomore.
