I was supposed to have two interviewers, but only one showed up. The questions were all really basic, even though the role was meant for someone with professional experience. It felt like the interview was just a formality, not a serious evaluation. The HR never got back to me, so I assume they’ve decided not to move forward. It’s disappointing when things are handled this way.
Multiple steps in the hiring process. All interviews were in english.
Recruiter -> Tech Screen -> Tech live code interview.
All the people involved were very kind and attentive.

Muita confusão no processo, fiz duas etapas do processo e as partes não se conversaram, achei que estava sendo entrevistado para uma vaga e no final era para outra, além disso os pares que fizeram a entrevista pareciam completamente desinteressados na entrevista e apenas liam um roteiro
Spoke with the recruiter and initial screening for team programming language. Met the hiring manager in second call where we discussed team and expectations of role. Submitted code sample for review and then was made an offer.
