There were two 30-45 minute phone interviews and one in-person interview. The phone interviews were equally in-depth and had major decision makers for the organization involved. They asked questions that you usually get from a hiring process, including describing situations and experiences that have to do with specific duties of the job description.

Entretien
Extremely slow interview process where I was eventually ghosted! applied in April 2021. There was a 15 minute phone screening in May. A one hour panel interview in June and a second one hour panel interview in July. Interviewers were engaged and appeared invested, asking relevant questions during the process. At the final interview I was told I would hear back in two weeks. I emailed the recruiter twice with no response to date. I understand not being selected, but after so much investment from both parties to get to this level it should be expected that you tell a candidate the outcome. This experience actually affects my opinion of the entire organization going forward.

Entretien
Had a total of 4 interviews; 1 with HR screener, 3 panel interview - each spanning approximately 45 minutes. All interviewers were nice, enjoyable and open to learning more about my experience.
