In total the interview process took almost 2 month. 4 circles of interview. First interview was with the HR. Then after one month with the manager, second manager from different site and finally global manager. But overall experience was great for me.

Very positive atmosphere throughout the whole process. Usually communicated with the recruiter with prescheduled phone calls or emails. I was updated regularly. Interviews were held online. Phone screening with recruiter to determine basic fitting. Very friendly and gave a lot of additional information. First interview was with hiring manager and coordinator. Very positive and welcoming atmosphere, just like a normal conversation. Gave more information about the role and asked for my technical and personal experiences. Interviews with Head of QC and Global Head of QC followed a few weeks later. Both very interesting and positive. Asked about background, aspirations and doubts. Everyone seemed very open and talked positive about the culture, the environment and the coworkers.
