Very quick and speedy. Ask general interview questions and including healthcare related questions. Fairly easy to answer with my prior knowledge. Degree was a plus while being interviewed. I was interviewed within one week from a recruiter that reached out to me in regards of my school partnership with UMA.

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times
