Phone interviewed several times, in person two times. Phone interview was broken up into different persons in leadership positions from CSS facility, staged to be 30 min and back-to-back. Several persons were either driving or not paying much attention during interview, especially HR person. One word of advise: let JMA (parent company) do the hiring for CSS and place under direct report to JMA leadership to avoid confusion.
