Overall, they have you go through a long application process 90 minutes is stated, but it is more like three hours. This includes finding a certain link on their site which drives people to their website thus increasing their social media ranking. I have to give them credit for creative SEO tactics, if you consider forcing unwitting applicants to bolster their rankings... Boo, poor business practice. But they don't stop there, then they have you create a personal video to be posted on YouTube to in another attempt to ratchet up their social media ranking. To add insult to injury, then they have other applicants judge your video. A very odd and reckless way to review candidates, especially if they allow some inexperienced hack to rule you out because they don't like the way you smile, look, breathe, etc. In the beginning, my Recruiter was very responsive, I was informed that I made it past the 2nd (testing stage) and then to the third (Manager review) and then nothing...radio silence, she disappeared. My experienced/educated guess is that the recruiter didn't have the courage to say you didn't make the cut, we've closed the position, the hiring is on hold, etc. A kind and honest update goes along way, especially towards positive word of mouth, creating a positive reputation, and avoiding reviews like this one. Instead, they send reply emails, only after being prompted, saying that the managers have hundreds of applications to review and it will be a few more weeks, going on three months now. Withdrew my application, because if this is indicative of their style of corporate communication then it is no place for me, a seasoned executive recruiter with over 15 years of experience. I figure that I was priced higher than what they wanted to pay and instead of opening up a dialogue, they placed me on the back burner, just in case. THEIR GOAL: To boost their social media ranking through positing FAKE positions, forcing candidates to do things that generate SEO interest AND/OR string along candidates in an unprofessional attempt to be kept as "warm" candidate in their pipeline. Be aware you will be subjected to poor business process, horribly unprofessional communication (if any), and no career prospect, after jumping through their hoops....A waist of time!

We have recruiting candidates review sample applicant videos to evaluate their ability to review interviews in a meaningful way, without letting personal bias interfere with their judgement. It would be a regular part of your job, if you were hired so its a valuable skills test to conduct before we hire you. We use the reporting provided about our ranking to gauge various automated rank tracking tools that we use as part of our production services. We can get real time performance information from applicants in different regions that we can compare to SEMRush, WebCEO and other rank tracking tools. That knowledge is very useful in executing our services for our clients. Best of luck in your job hunt.

found the post online on Nov 2020. Go through the online technical test that they said was only take 30 minutes but it took me 2+ hours to go through the test. Then heard nothing for 5 MONTHS! Suddenly, they sent me an invitation after no update for 5 MONTHS for an interview which is 12 in the morning on my timezone. Did the interview. They told me I would have to work on pacific time which means I have to start working at 11 pm to 7 am. My monitors will also be monitored with Time Doctor. They said it will take screenshots to make sure I am working and they mentioned about 'billing the client'. I read through the comments about the salary range and it seems like they want some employees with high quality and low salary. Told my salary expectation to the recruiter. He told me they will give me an update after 2 weeks. I emailed the recruiter 2 TIMES but he didn't reply at all so he LIED about the 2 weeks update. It took 2 MONTHS for them to sent me a rejection email. And I was told by the recruiter that only 10% was contacted and invited for an interview . The recruiter also told me that after 3 years, I 'might' be able to get a bonus around $200 in one month. Honestly, my current job pays me more bonus than that. If I work really hard and achieve my target at my current role I can make $2,000 - 4,000 in 3 months and I'm only 6 months in. SO If you apply at this company make sure this is your last resort because 90% of you WILL NOT get any reply and it might take up to 7 MONTHS just to get a rejection letter also the recruiter will ignore your emails. Ask yourself this. Do I want to work with a company that treat his potential employees like this? Hopefully, this review helps some who is thinking about going through the process. For those who are struggling to find a job don't apply to this company, you will probably get depress because they will most like ghost you. Look at some other companies. Definitely NOT CT.

The interview process was pretty interesting. I enjoyed the skill test. I applied online and the next day was contacted through email to complete a 90 minutes skill test, which takes much longer than 90 minutes. The video portion of the skills test was ok. I wasn't a big fan of that part, but I did not mind doing it since it was apart of the test. I actually enjoyed the work. After I submitted my skills test, I was notified with a confirmation email that my skills test was received and that it will be reviewed once all candidates submitted theirs. They indicated that the process can take a few weeks before all the candidates submits their skills test. I believe I applied and submitted my skills test around March 10, 2018, and I still have not heard anything, At this moment I am pretty anxious, to hear whether or not I made it through to the next round, or at least where they are in the process. I am not sure if they send out courtesy emails or not, but it would be nice. I know as a recruiter/hiring manager I give courtesy calls the candidates I interview. All in all, I am so looking forward to possibly working with this company.

They send you a long interview form that you fill out online, a skills test, and you have to upload a 3-minute video introducing yourself. THIS IS A HOAX. I believe they only send these out to test out their software so that they can sell it to companies. Part of the skills test is watching other submitted videos. Once you have completed the "assessment," they tell you to expect to hear from them in a week or so. You won't hear anything. Then, if you follow up, you will get a response that says to wait another 3-4 weeks. Another one of their "companies" is Tested, Recruiters. Dead giveaway. They send out the exact same emails and assessments. Don't waste your time. They aren't really hiring. They are using you.
