Lengthy. Applied in June, emailed for interview in late September, interview happens in mid-October. Told may take up to a month to hear decision. Still waiting. Interview itself was pretty straightforward and casual-ish.

Explain the day-in-the-life of your previous jobs.
Getting the interview was pretty quick and a good experience. But it took 8 months for them to actually offer me the job. That seems to be a common experience for many people I've spoken to.
It was an online questionnaire with multiple mock scenarios. I found it impossible to complete in the time allotted, but doing the best and the most you can should be enough.

Interview process is lengthy, there are a few steps to take before an official interview but I guess the process is necessary for the screening process and to receive the best candidates.
