Contacted by internal recruiter as top candidate. Set up interview which was standard and told they would be very transparent.... but didn’t hear from them for 5 weeks after that to even acknowledge my thank you note or follow up email a week later.

Entretien
Recruiter was initially very responsive, which was quite refreshing considering how high unemployment is at the moment. But unfortunately, I received zero follow up for weeks after the interview and had to consistently check-in to see if I was still in consideration. Overall, the people that I interviewed with were pleasant, but I wish for a more positive candidate experience.
