It was easy.. run of the mill.. the phone interview gave me high hopes because they focused on looking to fill the position with someone who would be a servant leader, someone with experience and passion.. the next day I got a call that they were filling the position with a background in operations..didn’t sound like they cared if someone was a good leader or had a passion for hunting or fishing they cared that they knew how to do paperwork… GLASSDOORS PAY RANGE IS WAY OFF interview they told me $55-max $70k after the phone interview I was excited about the in person.. after seeing that it’s basically a Walmart that sells sporting goods and everything in the phone interview was a line of crap I see why such the negative employee reviews
