- one hour screening interview with recruiter. - one written exercise to assess leadership and written communication skills. - Three 1 hour interviews about behavioural questions and technical questions (system design).

Entretien
2 interviews ( 1 with HR and 1 technical interview)+ 3 final interviews in a row about behavioral and company fit. I didn’t the offer and the feedback has no sense, they give me two bad points: 1. they ask me around 12 experiences related to some particular circumstances, and the problem was that in 2 experiences I talked were more than 5 years ago. 2. The outcome of my intervention in some experiences was not measurable. My opinion is: people is doing final interviews are not prepared for that and they have lack of experience.

Couple of phone calls, then a huge interview sessions following star methodology. System design questions. No pressure at all. In the end they just didn't got back to me, I had to chase the recruiter.
