Written test followed by interview.In written test they ask gate problems related to electronics also they have a section for apitude .Difficulty of paper is nice but if a person really study these things then hecan clear it at ease.In interview they ask how you solve each question in the written exam they also guide you and give hints to proceed further in questions.

There were questions related to RC circuits, steady state, diode circuit, Truth table of given Digital circuit, Op amp basic configuration outputs. Concentrate mostly on RC circuits. The first round had 20 questions and time given was 1 hour. They don't expect you to solve all the questions. They observe your working sheets. Second round was descriptive answers round. There were questions again on RC, resistors combinations, Timing constants. It had 13 technical and 3 aptitude questions.
