This interview was not your normal interview. I do a lot of research on a company when I take an interview. I noticed that this company has a negative interview reviews but positive overall reviews so i decided to processed with this interview. That is when everything turned. I applied through Indeed.com to a position for Acounts Management. I have ample experience in this so i sent my resume. I got an email asking that i call and set up an interview and i did. I got to the interview about 15 minutes earlier and filled out an application. After the interview started that when what i had applied to had changed. It seemed like they were just getting people in the door to talk them into something else. No where on this ad does it say that you are going to be one of those people in the big box stores trying to get the public to sign up for internet/cellphone/etc services. This is a HUGE red flag to me. The biggest thing for me that stood out was in their ad they put salary $40,000-$50,000 a year. No where did it say that is based on a low hourly rate with commission added. They go on to say the second interview is when you would interview with a second person and travel to a store that they are working at to “get a feel for the job”. That was enough for me. I wasnt interested anymore. I would want anyone else doing research before an interview beware and know what you are getting into. If it sounds to go be true it is and this job posting was just that, to good to be true.
