Good interview with HR, via phone, then immediate Manager, then Regional Manager, via Teams. Good and genuine conversations without the silly "name a time when" questions. Easy connections during the interviewing process.

Poor process once out of the recruitment company control . Caesarstone lacked communication and decision making and took far too long . Caesarstone management lied when asked direct questions about the role and company. Got the job however is not as described
