The interview process had three stages. First, I completed a Culture Index assessment to determine if I was a good fit for the company and to understand who I would be reporting to. Once my results were reviewed, I was scheduled for a virtual interview with Jayvin, the Director of Recruiting. Jayvin spent about 30 minutes learning more about my background and sharing details about the role. While there wasn’t a set timeline for follow-up, he assured me he’d reach out once he had more information.
About two weeks later, Jayvin followed up to schedule an in-person interview at the office closest to my home, which I really appreciated. Although the role was remote, it was nice to visit the office and meet the team in person. The interview was with Robin, the Executive Director, and Jamie Craig, one of the firm’s partners. Both were excellent at sharing insights about the firm’s culture, growth opportunities, and company roadmap.
After the interview, I had the chance to meet a few other team members, and by the end of the day, I was offered the role—no waiting, clear communication, and an efficient process from start to finish. From my initial conversation with Jayvin to receiving the offer, the entire process took about three weeks. Overall, it was a great experience!
